Jonathan Anderson has been at the helm of Dior for less than a year, but there’s already something familiar about the slow buildup of anticipation ahead of his runway shows. The teasers are sparse, but always enticing and rich in inspiration; the front-row guest list is appropriately star-studded; and no matter what, the fashion world waits with bated breath to see his latest take on Dior’s style codes. Anderson’s upcoming collection for the maison, set to be unveiled at Paris Fashion Week later this evening, is no different. Read on to find out where to watch Dior’s Fall/Winter 2026 show, and what to expect from it.
That Dior’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection will be heavily inspired by nature is no secret. Set in Paris’s famed Jardin des Tuileries, we can expect the show to find inspiration in its surroundings, both in the landmark’s native flora and its architectural tributes to French culture. The invitations have already paid tribute to the Jardins with a typically Anderson sense of whimsy, presenting attendees with trés mignon miniature replicas of the green metal lawn chairs found all over the grounds. Other teasers for the show include a short, sunlight-dappled video of lilypads submerged in water, and more intriguingly, a photo of a ceramic pot sculpted by Japanese artist Kazunori Hamana.
How will this translate into a runway collection? Anderson and Dior have offered little by way of explanation, but his previous presentations for the maison might hold the answer. The sources of inspiration for Dior’s Spring/Summer 2026 Haute Couture show were strikingly similar in their attention to florals and ceramics. Anderson’s point of departure for the collection came from a bouquet of cyclamens tied with black silk ribbons, gifted to him by fellow Dior icon John Galliano; another guiding principle of the collection came from pottery artist Magdalene Odundo’s anthropomorphic creations. Anderson’s interpretation of these guiding principles was at times subtle, and at others, refreshingly literal: the opening look was an airy jersey dress named Magdelene, its bulbous silhouette mimicking the curves of a hand-sculpted vase. Similarly, vibrant bunches of cyclamen flowers appeared on jewellery, footwear, handbags, and as adornment on gowns.

It seems Anderson is making Mother Nature something of a signature in his Dior creations. As his haute couture collection statement read, “When you copy nature, you always learn something. Nature offers no fixed conclusions, only systems in motion–evolving, adapting, enduring.” However he chooses to interpret these principles for his upcoming collection, we’ll be tuning in.
The Dior Fall/Winter 2026/27 fashion show will take place on Tuesday, 3 March, at 9:30 p.m. (Singapore time). Be among the first to see Anderson’s newest Dior collection, live from Paris Fashion Week, via the livestream below.
