And just like that, New York Fashion Week is officially in full swing. Ralph Lauren and Marc Jacobs set the tone through off-calendar presentations earlier this week, with Ralph Lauren’s collection in particular leaning into the spirit of adventure. In that vein, the adventure continues, with Coach, Tory Burch, and Proenza Schouler among the brands set to present on the first official day of New York Fashion Week.

The February fashion season in New York is often overshadowed by both other style capitals and the brighter, more star-studded shows of September, but there’s still plenty to look forward to this week. Coach, in particular, is one of the bright spots of every New York Fashion Week—after all, what other brand feels so quintessentially New York, so young and in the zeitgeist? Under creative director Stuart Vevers’ care, the brand revolutionised its approach and cemented itself as a Gen Z favourite. Their last fashion week showing leaned into exactly this spirit, showcasing the duality of New York through a Spring/Summer 2026 collection destined to appeal to Gen Z, chock full of unexpected textures and silhouettes.

Teasers have been sparse ahead of their Fall/Winter 2026 show, but with Vevers at the helm, we can expect something distinctly American and fresh. “The Coach Fall 2026 collection looks toward an American spirit that lives between realities—part memory, part myth, part instinct,” reads the caption to a teaser video posted to Instagram. Intriguing, and deliciously cryptic.

On the celebrity front, Coach ambassadors Chen Xiao and i-dle’s Soyeon are expected to make appearances, no doubt dressed to the nines. K-pop idol Soyeon was one of the faces of Coach’s 2025 holiday campaign, where she playfully modelled Tabby and Faye silhouettes in a wintery New York City wonderland. The icy slush filling Manhattan streets at the moment might not photograph as well as Coach’s holiday dream, but we have no doubt the house’s presentation will dazzle.

As New York Fashion Week gets underway, there’s no better way to get into the spirit than with the most New York brand of them all. Tune in at 4 am (SGT) on Tuesday, 12 February to be among the first to catch a glimpse of Coach’s Fall/Winter 2026 show, live from New York.
