Orchard Road just got a major style update: Uniqlo’s Orchard Central global flagship store is back, refreshed and reimagined to deliver a sharper, more seamless shopping experience.

More than a refreshed retail space, the reopening underscores the brand’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experience while celebrating its local community.

The store is one of just 15 Uniqlo global flagships worldwide—each designed to offer an expanded product range and distinct brand experiences that appeal to both local and international shoppers.

The reopening festivities kicked off in style with a vibrant Taiko Drum performance and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, setting the tone for what the store represents: a renewed destination for both Singaporeans and international visitors.

Spanning an impressive 3,578 square meters, just a three-minute walk from Somerset MRT, the Orchard Central store is Uniqlo’s largest in Singapore and one of its few global flagships worldwide. It houses the complete lineup—from Men’s, Women’s, Kids’, and Babies’ collections to special concepts such as Uniqlo Flower, Re:Uniqlo (the brand’s circular sustainability program), and UTme!, a customisation service that lets shoppers create their own T-shirts and tote bags.

To elevate the shopping journey, the store has been redesigned with a more intuitive layout, improved product discovery touchpoints, and upgraded fitting rooms.

“As a flagship, our aim is to be number one in every aspect from product selection to sales and customer service,” noted general manager Kudo Hiroki, who brings nearly two decades of international retail experience across Japan, the U.S., and China. For him, the store is more than a place to shop—it’s a destination to experience everything Uniqlo has to offer, from everyday essentials to creative collaborations.

The reopening also shines a spotlight on Singapore, with a specially curated City Guide featuring homegrown brands and a playful Singapore-inspired Mickey Mouse in Singapore UT, designed exclusively for this market.

To celebrate the occasion, shoppers can look forward to a slew of opening offers and limited-time deals, making this the perfect opportunity to revisit one of Orchard Road’s most iconic shopping destinations.

With its refreshed flagship, Uniqlo Orchard Central stands as both a community hub and a global showcase for the brand’s LifeWear philosophy: simple, high-quality clothing made for everyone, everywhere.
