SIZES & THICKNESS POLICY (SAFETY FIRST)
• Standard build: sizes up to 54×36″ are produced in 10 mm for maximum crystal depth and presence.
• Oversize engineering: for pieces over 60×40″ we use 5 mm (≈ 3/16″) by design to reduce weight and ensure safe mounting and international transit.

This is not a downgrade in quality — it’s the only safe specification for very large formats.

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
• Made to order. Standard dispatch 5–7 business days.
• XL care: sizes ≥ 40×30″ require additional polishing and finish checks — up to 20 business days. Perfection takes time.
• Tracked worldwide shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link when your artwork ships.

INSTALLATION
• Artwork floats ~20-25 mm off the wall.
• Use appropriate anchors/studs rated for the piece’s weight; for sizes ≥ 40×30″ we recommend two adults for installation.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
• Dust with a microfiber or wipe gently with a damp, lint free cloth.
• Avoid alcohol, ammonia, window sprays, or abrasive pads.

FAQ
• Is it actually backlit? No electrical backlight. The glow comes from how light refracts through the acrylic body and polished edges.
• Is 5 mm “less premium”? No — for > 60×40″ it’s the only safe spec, cutting weight nearly in half while maintaining the same gallery clean finish.
• Is hardware included? Yes — professional float mount hardware and a mini level are included with every piece.
